Cancellation policy
When making an appointment, we immediately reserve time and a technician for you. Therefore, the following applies:
In the event of an appointment cancellation, regardless of the time, we charge a cancellation fee of €65.
If the technician is already en route or arrives at the location and the work cannot be carried out due to circumstances beyond our control, a fee of €65 will also be charged.
In the event of a no-show (failure to attend without cancellation), the cancellation fee of €65 automatically applies.
